Find a product, service, or organization that failed, or you feel is failing because of not framing the problem properly

Describe the following
• A brief history and context of the company and issue they were/are facing
• What business problem are they trying to address
• What did they try or are trying today
• Using the stakeholder>problem>insight model to describe how you would reframe the problem
• Using this reframe problem, how would you help them do so using the methods we review so far
• Should be 700 – 1200 words in length

You cannot use Sears, Kmart, Blockbuster Video, or Kodak as an example. It must be an existing organization today.
