THE DESIGN OF THE ELECTRIC HAND MIXER SURFACE REQUIRE TO USE OF JPG PHOTOS FOR THE FRONT, SIDE, AND TOP VIEWS
All molded internal and external parts must have Tolerances, Angle Drafts and Fillets. Accuracy of execution: students must use Electronic/DigitalCalipers.Minimum 15 parts not including”off-shelf” components(bolts, screws). The device must be injection molded in a suitable thermoplastic polymer. The material type and finish must be specified. The design is to be appropriate to the environment in which it will be used and should reflect the character of the class of the products in this section of the markets. All design requirements for an injection molded part/assembly must be met, including wall section, draft angle, material flow, etc. An understanding of these requirements must be displayed in the design documentation.
The device is to consist primarily of a two-parts“clamshell” design. The design is not limited to two parts however cost considerations versus design. functional requirements must be reviewed before additional parts are added. The internal components must be held securely in the enclosure and the enclosure must provide a secure alignment itself. This will require the inclusion of“lip&groove” detail and appropriate“screw boss” or clips.
Alabelrecess must be provided on the product for the inclusion of miscellaneous product information. The data generated is to be an accurate reflection of the product.
