Create a thought map for the problem you already worked developing an Ishikawa diagram in a previous assignment. This is the link to the slides from the previous assignment
Start asking questions and creating parallel paths to keep investigating and learning more about what you are trying to solve. Remember: do no think of solutions, think about the problem, be curious, ask a lot of questions, and let these questions lead you to answers, that will lead you to new questions, and so on.
To create your Thought Map you can use your preferred tool: google slides, google drawing, excel, or other that you like. This website is free and great for this as well: https://www.lucidchart.com/pages/
Choose which factors/causes would you recommend to measure and collect data to further understand how they are impacting your problem. Consider which factors could tell you more about the problem, and which ones you think have more impact to the problem.
So, you need to create the diagram using the link for the website and the word document. Please don’t do it in the preview document form, because it looks like the photo, but I need the text which I could copy.
